Our Student Mental Health Champions are proud to once again support the Orange Wolverhampton Campaign
For the second year running, our school is joining the city-wide effort to stand against gender-based violence as part of Orange Wolverhampton; Wolverhampton’s contribution to the United Nations’ annual Orange the World campaign. This global initiative shines a light on the issue of gender-based violence and promotes the support available to those affected.
Across the week, our students will be taking part in a range of activities to help raise awareness and encourage open conversations about safety, respect, and support within our community. Big School is illuminated in a striking orange glow, symbolising hope and solidarity. Our Student Mental Health Champions will also be leading activities such as making orange ribbons and supporting lessons focused on how we can all play a part in keeping each other safe.
We are proud of our students for engaging so thoughtfully with such an important cause and for helping to spread the message that everyone has the right to feel safe and supported.
