The Two Cities Book Award was launched in 2022 with the aim to inspire young adults to read for pleasure. King Edward's School in Edgbaston and Wolverhampton Grammar School are working in partnership for the fourth year to inspire young people aged 14 - 18 to read.
The Two Cities Book Award launched in 2022 with an aim to inspire young adults to read for pleasure. Last year, hundreds of young people voted Ashley Hickson-Lovence as their winner with Wild East, which is a lyrical story of self-discovery and resilience. The Two Cities Book Award is back for a fourth year, and the following titles have been shortlisted:
- The Vulpine by Polly Crosby (Scholastic)
- A Grave Inheritance by Felicity Epps (Hachette Children's Group)
- Under a Fire-Red Sky by Geraldine McCaughrean (Usborne Publishing)
- Augmented by Kenechi Udogu (Faber & Faber)

Voting closes on Thursday 27th November at 9am.
To vote for your winner, please complete the form below.
