Wolverhampton Grammar School Sixth Form is the pinnacle of our students’ time with us. Some will have started in the Juniors, some in the Seniors, but in their final two years, as young adults, our Sixth Formers will enjoy studying and socialising in their own bespoke Sixth Form Centre. This brings with it greater independence, support from their House tutors, the advantages of small teaching groups, and the opportunity to take on leadership roles and volunteer for extra activities that will build on life skills, as well as enhance personal statements for UCAS applications too.
This stepping stone to university life, apprenticeships or future employment ensures that, whilst continuing with the House system and the vast range of extra-curricular activities, students can expect to enjoy greater responsibilities and freedoms that reflect their maturity and position within the School.
It is a perfect opportunity to welcome new students and indeed many do join us at Sixth Form to experience life at WGS. We offer a wide range of subjects to choose from and the very best support and advice to ensure students make the right choices for their future.
