Opening doors to higher education and careers

Over 50 universities and employers met with students from year 7 to Upper Sixth at the annual Higher Education and Careers Forum held at School in February.

A range of sectors were represented from the arts and creative industries; banking and finance to law; engineering; veterinary science and medicine; the public and charitable sectors, and many more.

Students from all Senior years had the opportunity to talk to Admissions teams from a range of Universities as well as specialists in Apprenticeship and Sponsored Degree programmes. They were also able to access ten specialists careers talks on everything from medicine, law, graduate apprenticeships, financial services, dentistry, optometry and careers in the arts.

Many thanks to all the organisations represented and to the Old Wulfrunians (alumni of Wolverhampton Grammar School) who also came back to School to share their experiences and knowledge.
