Betsy gets creative and helps her local hospital

Year 9 student Betsy Moran has joined forces with members of her local community to create hospital scrubs for NHS staff and key workers. Betsy is part of a sewing tag team from The Corner Patch in Eccleshall, where she is responsible for pattern cutting, route planning and is said to be finding the delivery part of the job very entertaining.

As a group, 66 sets have currently been completed and forwarded to those on the frontline at the Royal Stoke and County Hospital Stafford, with hundreds more in the pipeline.

Well done Betsy for helping your local community – the whole School is extremely proud of you!
