FROM 26 DEGREES IN ABU DHABI TO -3 DEGREES IN WOLVERHAMPTON

We’re glad to report that the current UK weather didn’t stop play this morning as our Upper Sixth were treated to a thought provoking talk by former student James Nepaulsingh (OW 1998).

Upon leaving WGS James took a gap year in Northern India before heading back to study English Language and Literature at Keble College, University of Oxford. He is now a corporate lawyer based in Abu Dhabi, having previously worked in London and Tokyo.

If you are on Facebook and from the Class of 1998 look out for a new group page, James’ trip to the archive this morning unearthed some lovely class photographs … your 25th anniversary reunion is not too far away …

James is pictured with (clockwise): Russell Charlesworth, Peter Hills, The Merridale, Nigel Crust, Mark Benfield, John Johnson, in the Archive and Theo King

We are always delighted to receive visits from our former students and if you would like to return then please don’t hesitate to contact Katie Guest at development@wgs-sch.net
