Tickets are now on sale from Senior School main reception for our Lower School Performance of Lord of the Flies.

Lord of the Flies is based on the 1954 novel by Nobel Prize–winning British author William Golding. A group of children are stranded on an uninhabited island and the story portrays their disastrous attempt to govern themselves.

Congratulations to all the cast and crew who are working hard to delivery what promises to be, an extraordinary performance.


Tickets are £7.50 adult and £4 concession (and include interval refreshments) and are available for the following performances in the School’s Hutton Theatre:

  • Wednesday 23rd May at 7.30pm
  • Thursday 24th May matinee at 2.15pm
  • Friday 25th May at 7.30pm

Venue: Wolverhampton Grammar School Hutton Theatre.

Parking: To ensure minimum disruption to our local residents during this performance we ask that you park in the dedicated car park on the main school grounds and take the short walk to the Hutton Theatre in the Arts and Drama building. Please do not park or collect your child from the residential roads surrounding the School including Merridale Lane and Merridale Avenue. Staff will be on hand to direct you if necessary.
