The aim of the department is to provide all students with a good grounding of IT. The department delivers the IT curriculum at KS3 and at AS/A Level and is located within purpose built IT enabled classrooms.

The department also makes use of digital resources such as the iPad mini and Raspberry Pi.

Pav is particularly interested in the development of mobile devices as a teaching and learning aid.

Pav is also a Sixth Form Tutor at Wolverhampton Grammar School and enjoys teaching A Level Business. 

Pav overseas the department’s contribution to a range of activities such as Lego Mindstorm club, Raspberry Pi and a WGS ‘Dragons’ Den. She is also involved in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and assists with practice expeditions and with the qualifying bronze award

Pav enjoys training and has a particular interest in participating in 10k and half marathons for charity
