“My career has been predominantly based within the Public Sector – working in the NHS, FE College and Local Government sectors. Immediately prior to starting at WGS, I worked for 14 years at Wolverhampton City Council within the Economic Development Team, where I worked with the local business sector and various business support organisations (eg: University, Chambers of Commerce, national and international organisations). My work included business support activities, as well as promoting Wolverhampton as a place for investment.”
“My first impressions visiting the school as a prospective parent was a warm, welcoming, friendly school, with a strong focus on the individual child. It has been reassuring to see that my initial impressions have only been confirmed since being a member of staff since April 2015. It was not just a “sell” for the school – it is the ethos of how the school operates and functions daily.”
“I live with my family in South Staffordshire and enjoy reading, running and making use of our VW Campervan for days out/holidays/short breaks. I have also been a school governor for a local school in South Staffordshire for 7 years.”
